Jessica Sherman-Stoltz

President and Directing Attorney

Jessica Sherman-Stoltz is the president of Sherman-Stoltz Law Group and the directing attorney of Liberty Immigration Attorneys.

She embodies the spirit of the firm: passionate, compassionate, understanding, diligent and effective. Jessica is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her experience working with a Virginia Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and as a criminal defense attorney gives Jessica a broad understanding of how criminal law can affect clients. Her experience in these areas and her work in immigration law provides a unique and rare understanding of the implications of criminal convictions on those in immigration proceedings. She works hard to ensure the best possible outcome for her immigration client’s that are facing criminal charges.

Jessica’s goal in life is to help others in their worst moments, and to do so with grace, compassion and zealous advocacy. She provides hope and opportunity for families across Virginia and the United States.

Nick

Associate Attorney

Nicholas is originally from Miami, Florida. Nick graduated law school with honors: Cum Laude and Order of the Crown. He received the Highest-Grade Awards, for his class, in Commercial Law and Real Estate Finance. He was also recognized for his leadership, while in law school, by receiving a Rising Star Leadership Award. Nick has been recognized with a Community Outreach Award during his employment for the steadfast work that he performs and the care that he places in fulfilling our mission goals.

Nick is an Assocaite Attorney with his focus in immigration. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Nick shows his commitment and compassion to others by being available, strongly advocating for the rights of others, and guarding others interest like they were his own.

Pam

Liberty Immigration Attorneys Consultant

Pam was born and raised in Virginia and comes to Sherman-Stoltz Law Group with a background in social services, having worked as a social worker in West Virginia for eight years and at an outpatient recovery clinic for opioid addiction.

Pam attended Rasmussen college majoring in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice and in 2015 began working as an Immigration Paralegal with a small Virginia based firm.

Pam has been with Sherman-Stoltz Law Group since 2019. She oversees the day-to-day activities for our immigration division and heads our human resources department.

T-Ann

Office Manager and Paralegal

T-Ann is originally from New York. She is an inspiring, charismatic, non-traditional woman of God, and no stranger to firsts. She was first female African American sales manager of a top radio station, the first African American female General Manager of a leading Christian television station and Regional Admission Coordinator of long-term nursing facilities in Virginia, Florida and North Carolina.

T-Ann has lived her life as a trailblazer and an advocate for equality, justice and opportunity. In 2009, T-Ann took her ministry to the next level by creating On The Wings of Angels Ministry. Through her ministry T-Ann resolved to assist the most broken of our offender populations, women, and mothers in custody. Her ministry is to help women and mothers receive services from the first day of their incarceration until their release from jail and probation. This holistic approach to serving this underserved community helps build sustainability in the lives of women and mothers moving beyond the criminal justice system.

In 2016 T-Ann lead the nation’s largest charitable bonding program and a national program that works with attorneys that assist with legal representation. With her direct, down-to-earth style of speaking and because of her compassion for life and love of people, T-Ann continues to strive to leave everyone, and every situation better than she found it and always gives them hope.

T-Ann is our Office Manager and Paralegal focusing on helping people with a purpose of making the world a little better each day.

Pablo

Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

Born and raised in Chile, Pablo immigrated to the United States in 2017. He completed school in Chile with his focus on Social Sciences.

Pablo has his pilot’s license and was a flight attendant for several years before beginning his work in underrepresented communities. He worked with children on the Autism Spectrum before joining our team.

Pablo apeaks English and Spanish and works out of our Northern Virginia office and assists our attorneys with immigration matters.

Jan-Nel

Legal Secretary

Jan-Nel grew up in Virginia and came to our team with a vast knowledge of the criminal, civil and immigration processes.

Jan-Nel has worked with several charitable organizations and law firms and is dedicated to ensuring our clients have a pleasant experience.

Jan-Nel is a Legal Secretary and works in our main office located in Waynesboro, Virginia.

Vezaida

Paralegal

Vezaida is fluent in English and Spanish and joined our team as a paralegal, focusing on the family law division. She works closely with our attorney to ensure we are providing the best services to our clients.
